Unsuitable lubricants cause Problems

High temperatures will affect the lubricity of release agents, lubricants and drawing compounds made from carbon black, graphite or MoS2. Carbon-based electroconductive materials may lead to unwanted carburisation, cause fissures in parts or short-circuit electronic controls. There is yet another drawback of these materials: contamination in the form of black spots.

HENZE Boron Nitride ensures lubrication and release action at extreme temperatures

Even at extreme temperatures, HeBoCoat® and HeBoFill® will keep their excellent release and lubricating properties. This makes them ideal for thermoforming of iron and non-iron metals by forging, rolling, extrusion, deep drawing, etc.

HeBoCoat® or HeBoFill® will not cause carburisation, short circuits or contamination. They are environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

Unlike graphite HeBoFill® Boron Nitride powder is an electrical insulator that can be applied by electrostatic spraying.
