Productivity Increase
We have enhanced our state-of-the-art machining capabilities through the addition of a 5-axis CNC machining centre. In line with our philosophy of providing continuity ranging from the supply of prototypes to volume production, we are able to offer our customers a flexible spectrum of production methods, whilst also continuing to set ever higher standards in the machining of Boron Nitride.

The TÜV Rhineland has once again confirmed that both our internal and external processes are operating to their complete satisfaction. We are rightfully proud to have a customer complaints ratio lower than 0.02%. The HENZE quality management is a living system involving our members of staff, with open communication and appropriate quality tools and methods.
Increase in Strategic Product and Market Development
HENZE BNP GmbH products are, as is the case for many products manufactured by medium sized companies of the export champion that is Germany, exported indirectly for use as key components by many international equipment manufacturers. To increase the proportion of direct exports it is important to obtain an overview of the technological trends and global developments at the earliest opportunity.
